99Technologies is seeking a Remote IT Support Executive to provide fast and effective technical assistance to our clients over the internet. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to resolve software and basic hardware issues remotely using tools like AnyDesk or TeamViewer. Provide remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking
Troubleshoot software issues, OS errors, application crashes, and virus problems
Guide clients through step-by-step solutions over call or chat
Use remote access tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer) for quick issue resolution
Install drivers, software, and system updates remotely
Record client issues, resolutions, and update internal support logs
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or field team
Follow up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction
Good understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and common desktop applications
Familiarity with remote access tools and ticketing systems
Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi issues, router setup, IP configuration)
Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
Ability to multitask and manage remote support sessions efficiently
Customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
Bonus: Knowledge of Mac, Linux, or remote server access
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)
Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad (Work from Office with Hybrid option)
