99Technologies is seeking a proactive and technically sound IT Support Engineer (On-Site & Remote) to join our service team. The role demands a multitasking professional who can efficiently troubleshoot, repair, and support IT systems both on client premises and remotely. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in hardware, software, and networking, along with a customer-first mindset.
Provide remote and on-site support for desktops, laptops, and printers
Troubleshoot system errors, OS issues, and application problems
Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and chip-level repairs
Install, configure, and maintain networks (LAN/Wi-Fi)
Support client devices with antivirus, utility software, and driver installations
Coordinate appointments and service schedules with clients
Maintain daily work logs and report technical findings
Assist in IT AMC visits, network setup, and preventive maintenance
In-depth understanding of computer hardware and Windows operating systems
Experience with remote support tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer)
Basic networking knowledge (IP configuration, routers, switches)
Familiarity with printers, scanners, CCTV, and peripheral devices
Strong communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English
Time management, multitasking ability, and professionalism
Customer-centric approach with analytical problem-solving
Salary Range: βΉ13,000 β βΉ20,000 per month (depending on experience & skillset)
Work Timings: 10:00 AM β 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Location: Based in Ahmedabad, with field visits across the city
