Job Overview

99Technologies is offering an exciting opportunity for freshers or entry-level candidates to join as Field Technician Interns. This internship is ideal for individuals looking to build hands-on experience in IT hardware, support services, and on-site client handling. You will assist senior technicians in installations, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks at residential and commercial locations.

Responsibilities

• Accompany field engineers on service calls and installations

• Assist in hardware diagnostics, basic repairs, and OS/software setups

• Help with cabling, CCTV installation support, and tool handling

• Learn to interact with clients and document service reports

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and service kits

• Perform routine support tasks as directed by the technical team

• Participate in basic preventive maintenance or AMC visits

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of computers, printers, or networking is preferred

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work on-site in various conditions

• Good communication in Hindi or Gujarati (English optional)

• Physically fit and comfortable with travel within Ahmedabad

• Punctuality, discipline, and safety-conscious behavior

• Bonus: Knowledge of computer assembly or prior vocational training

Salary & Benefits

• Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month (depending on performance & field involvement)

• Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

• Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad + On-Site Locations
