Job Overview

99Technologies is looking for a skilled CCTV Installation Technician to join our field service team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting CCTV systems (Analog/IP), DVR/NVR units, and remote monitoring setups. You will be responsible for ensuring the correct and secure placement, wiring, and integration of surveillance systems across residential and commercial sites.

Responsibilities

• Install CCTV cameras (Analog/IP) and complete structured wiring

• Set up and configure DVR/NVR systems for recording and playback

• Integrate mobile remote view access via apps and cloud platforms

• Troubleshoot camera issues such as night vision failure, signal loss, or recording errors

• Handle maintenance, footage backup, and system upgrades

• Conduct site surveys and plan camera placement for optimal coverage

• Coordinate with customers for installation schedules and service follow-ups

• Maintain proper documentation and submit job completion reports

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of CCTV hardware and accessories

• Experience with DVR/NVR setup and configuration

• Familiarity with IP addressing, port forwarding, and remote access setup

• Hands-on experience with cable laying, crimping, and connector fixing

• Ability to use tools such as drill machines, testers, and cable trackers

• Good problem-solving ability and independent fieldwork readiness

• Communication and customer interaction skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience & work quality)

• Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

• Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad + on-site visits across the city
